The January 2021 note mentioned Photoshop CC 2019 20.0.7 during an early Apple Silicon setup and Tuxera 20 for NTFS access. It recorded a moment in the transition, not a systematic compatibility comparison.
The old claims that only one Photoshop version worked and that one NTFS product was cheapest are not retained as current facts. Application builds, macOS versions, process architecture, licensing, and filesystem drivers change independently.
This concise archive entry preserves what the note was about without recommending an old download, installer, product purchase, or security-setting change.
