A shared logger module keeps formatting and transports consistent across callers. This earlier TypeScript note declared:
"winston": "^3.2.1",
"winston-daily-rotate-file": "^4.4.0"
Its module combined a console transport with hourly rotating log files, a 20 MB file limit, and fifteen-day retention. The formatter added an environment label and a +0700 timestamp offset. The module then exported the named logger for use elsewhere:
import Log from "./Base/Log";
Log.info('Initialized.');
The original full listing included a real-name license notice, so it remains in the private source record rather than having its attribution altered. The snippet also depended on Moment/logform and a Transport type beyond the two declarations above; it was not a complete dependency manifest.
This is a historical organization pattern. Fixed UTC offsets, colorized file output, retention, and exception handling should be reviewed against actual operational needs; no logger was run for this revision.
